Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Information    

Vetceterra Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "EUTHABAG") is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its subscribers and website visitors in accordance with Bill 25 - An Act to modernize the legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector in Quebec. This policy sets out EUTHABAG's practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information.   

Collection and Use of Personal Information from the Veterinary Industry  

EUTHABAG collects personal information such as name, email address, license number, state, telephone number, mailing address, name of facility or crematory and subscription preferences for the purpose of sending newsletters, continuing education, a sample or a gift card for a promotion or contest. Personal information is collected directly from subscribers or website visitors when they  

  •  Sign up to receive newsletters,   

  •  Register for continuing education,  

  •  Fill out an online form to request a sample,  

  • Claim a prize when they participate in a contest, promotion or draw  

  • Collection and use of personal information when selling EUTHABAG body bags on Etsy and Amazon  

EUTHABAG sells its body bags on online shopping platforms such as Etsy and Amazon. When an order is placed, EUTHABAG collects personal information necessary to fulfill the order, such as name, mailing address, email address and phone number.  

 This personal information is used only to process and deliver the order. EUTHABAG does not sell or disclose this personal information to third parties, unless it is necessary to respond to a legal, regulatory or judicial request.     

Cookies    

To analyze visits to its website, EUTHABAG uses Google Analytics software. Google Analytics uses cookies to record certain visitor behaviors, such as the number of visits to the site, the path taken and the duration of the visit. A cookie is a text file saved on the user's computer hard drive. In no case does the cookie file allow the visitor to be identified. The data remains completely anonymous and is used only to improve the company's site according to the needs of its visitors.    

Disclosure of personal information   

EUTHABAG does not sell, rent or disclose personal information of its subscribers and visitors to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary to respond to a legal, regulatory or judicial request. EUTHABAG may also share personal information with third party service providers such as Amazon, Etsy, Mailchimp, ZOOM webinar, SquareSpace, Microsoft 365, MONDAY.COM and TalentLMS to provide newsletter, online form, contest entry and continuing education services. These third-party service providers are bound by this Privacy Policy.  

Retention of Personal Information   

EUTHABAG retains the personal information of its subscribers and visitors for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law or regulation.    

Sharing of personal information   

EUTHABAG shares personal information only with veterinary distributors, mainly when requesting samples, so that they can be forwarded after the request.  

Protection of personal information   

EUTHABAG takes the necessary measures to protect the personal information of its subscribers and visitors against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Personal information is protected by appropriate physical, technical and administrative security measures. Access and correction of personal information   

Subscribers and visitors to the EUTHABAG website have the right to access their personal information and to correct or update it if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Subscribers and visitors may exercise this right by contacting the person responsible for data security.  

Changes to the privacy policy   

EUTHABAG reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
